Registration Deadline is April 30, 2012 for papers to be included in the IEEE Xplore. All registrations & payment MUST be DONE through: https://iwcmc12.suvisoft.net

One author registration covers up to two papers. Each additional paper (3rd and onward) will be charged 50% of the full registration fee.

 

Additional Items:

 

  •  Extra Reception Ticket------------------30 €

  •  Extra Conference Banquet Ticket--------50 €

  •  Additional Conference proceedings------20 €

  •  Additional page surcharge---------------100 € (per page)

 

The surcharge is per page for every paper that contains more than 6 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed - Total of 8 pages).

 

Failure to register by the above Deadline will result in your paper NOT being included in the IEEE Xplore.

 

Full Registration will cover the following:

 

            • Attendance of any of the Tutorials on Monday
            • Conference proceeding with a bag or a small gift,
            • Reception
            • Banquet Dinner ,
            • Two coffee breaks  each day and
            • Free attendance of Exhibitions

EXCURSIONS:

 

There will be 2 Excursions, one on Thursday 30 August and another on Friday 31
August. Interested people can indicate their interest, preferred day of Excursion, and payment can be arranged upon arrival at the conference: smartevents@cytanet.com.cy


Each Excursion should have at least 20 registered people to take place. On Wednesday 29 August, Smart Events will announce which excursion/s will be taking place or if there will be a need to combine any one of the two offered excursions and inform everyone accordingly.

 

  • NICOSIA: A divided capital (€32,00 per person)
  • KOURION - PAPHOS: A World Cultural Heritage Site (€34,00 per person),
