Camera ready Guidelines

The DEADLINE for submitting the Camera-ready version is:

April 30th, 2024

The below instructions are essential to ensure that you comply with the publication requirements set by IEEE in order for your paper(s) to be included in the conference proceedings and published and indexed by IEEE.

Please make sure to incorporate all the reviewers' comments as that will be strictly monitored. In order to ensure that your paper is included in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to appear in the IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors must register by ِِ April 30th, 2024 and present the paper either onsite or online. You can find them in your EDAS Account.

1. Manuscript Format

Your PDF final manuscript version and the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) must be submitted through EDAS under the original EDAS paper number. The paper length is limited to 6 pages with your full registration. Two extra pages are allowed (if needed) with an extra charge of 100 Euros per page.

Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings to prepare your revised manuscript. Failur to do so may result in excluding your paper from the conference proceedings.

DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission.

2. Registartion

Please complete your registration on or before April 30th. Registration instructions and rates are found at: https://iwcmc.org/2024/registration.php

3. IEEE PDF Xpress

After accommodating all reviewers' comments and BEFORE submitting your final PDF paper version to EDAS (under the same original EDAS paper number), the Camera Ready paper version needs to be IEEE PDF eXpress compatible, otherwise, your paper will not go through the camera ready submission system. To test and convert your paper to IEEE PDF eXpress compatible version, you should upload it to the conference dedicated IEEE PDF eXpress website. Your paper acceptance notification email will also include the conference ID needed for the IEEE PDF eXpress. You will need to follow these instructions to convert your paper:

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select create account
2. Enter the following:
  - 61514X for the Conference ID
  - your email address
  - a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

4. Camera-Ready version Submission

The camera-ready version generated by PDF Express should be uploaded to EDAS under the original EDAS paper number.

5. Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)

The authors should complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) which is available on Edas.

6. Hotel Booking

7. Mode of Presentation
