Conference registration covers the conference proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Gala-Dinner, all co-located Workshops, and attending all Keynotes and Tutorials for Free. The main conference and Workshop papers need a full registration. Otherwise, the paper will be excluded from the conference proceedings and will not be submitted to be considered for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore DB.

Each accepted paper to be submitted to be considered in the IWCMC 2024 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore, at least one author (including students) is required to register for the conference at the FULL RATE. Moreover, the paper must be presented by one of the author(s) LISTED on the paper. Substitute presenters, due to unforeseen circumstances, must be authorized in advance by the TPC Chairs.
